Shipping policy

The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, custom duties taxes and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.

 

• Local Free Shipping (UAE): 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 3–8 business days (we offer free shipping for orders above 200$)

Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.

We aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
