Shipping Policy

At GÁLA by Ameera, we offer free shipping for all orders within the UAE. For international orders, we offer free shipping for orders above 250$. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that GÁLA by Ameera does not cover any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

 

  • Local Shipping (UAE): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 3–10 business days

We aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GÁLA by Ameera. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,  Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
